Will Thompson show his face?
One can see why tax-hike Mike Thompson is chicken to face the voters and must hold his town hall meetings via telephone so as to minimize actual contact with his angry constituents. He can”t explain his votes for the stimulus bill, the money from which seems to have evaporated without creating any discernible jobs; the TARP, under which borrowed billions was funneled from taxpayers to Wall Street bankers as bonuses; and most of all Obamacare, under which all Americans will be forced into bozo, socialist, rationed healthcare.
What to do if you are tax- hike Mike? Hide! Don”t come out until after the election. Hide behind Nancy Pelosi”s skirts and hope they don”t see you.
Meanwhile, tax-hike Mike”s opponent, Loren Hanks, is holding real town hall meetings with real voters so the people can see who he is and what he stands for, just like it is supposed to be in free and fair elections.
Will Mike quit hiding and actually show his face? Stay tuned.
