Incomplete?
I can”t help but think Cynthia Parkhill”s article, “Farmers” markets should accept ?food stamps,”” was incomplete. Obviously there are reasons farmers” markets, in general, are reluctant to accept food stamps. A well-rounded, unbiased article would have included that information.
