LAKE COUNTY ? The Ukiah office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has announced the Lake County Scotts Creek Road entrance to the Cow Mountain Recreation Area will be gated and closed to all vehicle traffic until Sept. 11. The reason for the closure is road construction.
