Our first town hall meeting was held on Friday the 20th and was enjoyed by a number of people who were able to voice their opinions as to some of the things that need to be done to make our city (Clearlake) the viable success it once was.
The most dominant subjects was their concern about the algae problem and Lakeshore Drive.
I have had several calls asking when will we do this again? The next town hall meeting will be held on Sept. 1 at 6 p.m. at Clearlake city hall.
I now take this opportunity to thank Melissa Swanson, Denise Rockenstein, Bill Shields and Rick Mayo for their help and support in putting this together.
