As I drive to and from work every day, I notice more and more political signs appearing. I have two questions for these politicians and our community:

1. Are the candidates required to pay a sign fee, and if not, why?

A business must pay a fee to have a sign advertise; isn”t this advertisement? It is quite messier and more distracting than a business and therefore I feel it should be limited and taxed.

2. Has anyone read our country”s constitution lately?

It clearly states that the United States adopt no national religion and that there should be a separation of church and state, so when I see a sign on the road that says, “Put faith back in the government,” I wonder, Why?

It shouldn”t have its place in our government; it is a personal and private affair.

Perhaps if we paid more attention to this fact and our constitution, we would have less bickering and more actual forward movement in our country and be able to focus on things like jobs and health care and other needs of the population.
