POTTER VALLEY — Upper Lake girls soccer team lost to Potter Vallley 2-1 at Potter Valley. Shayla Wyman scored the lone goal in the first half for the Lady Cougars. Upper Lake had 28 shots on goal.
Upper Lake coach Mike Sheets commended the Potter Valley goalie for stellar defense. New Upper Lake goalie Zania Esqueda also had a good game blocking four shots. Upper Lake”s next game is at home 3:30 Tuesday against Middletown.
