UPPER LAKE ? Coach Sandy Coatney reported that his team lost 22-25, 17-25, and 22-25 against Calistoga. It can be difficult to play the same team in close succession. Last week, the Lady Cougars lost its first game against Calistoga, “flipped the switch,” then turned it around to win the next three. Thursday night was a different story.
“We might have been a little over-confident because we won last time” Coatney said. The team will work to improve on their 21 hitting errors for their next match.
The JV team won 25-22 and 25-17.
