LAKE COUNTY — Lake County Sheriff”s Office welcomes the public to the grand opening of the Lake County Sheriff”s North Shore Regional Office in Lucerne.
The department will host an open house from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 30 at the new office located at 6222 East Highway 20 in Lucerne.
All members of the public are invited for refreshments and a view of the new facility.
“We are enthused about the benefits of having a station to operate from on the north shore and expect the facility to provide for more expedient response times for both emergency and non-emergency calls for service, as well as promote a closer relationship with the North Shore communities,” Sheriff Rodney Mitchell said.
