WILLITS ? Clear Lake High School girls varsity soccer team played Willits in Willits and won 3-1. Talia Paskaly had two goals, Briana Dutcher had one assist and Amely Ballesteros had one goal.
In the first half, the halftime score was 3-0. Willits scored about a minute and a half into the second half.
“We are 4-4 and 2,” Coach Paul Larrea said. There were 31 shots on the goal. Willits had seven.
“We played OK, it”s a tough place to play,” Larrea said. “It was kind of a slow game.”
Clear Lake will play on Thursday against Middletown in Lakeport 4:30 p.m.
