CLEARLAKE — The Clearlake City Council will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday pertaining to existing litigation involving the Sierra Club. A regular meeting will follow at 6 p.m. at Clearlake City Hall. Members of the public may comment on any agenda item under discussion.
Consent Calendar items, which are considered to be non-controversial and will be acted upon as one, include: review of bills, approval of minutes, consideration of accepting for filing the 2010 Local Agency Biennial Notice regarding amendments to the Conflict of Interest Code; consideration of rejection of claim submitted by John Parker; and consideration of an offer by Yoshie Ozawa-Keehn to donate her property located at 6145 Old Highway 53 to the city.
Business items include:
?Consideration of adopting the work plan required by the Department of Resources and Recycling and Recovery.
?Consideration of the draft Homebuyer Program and Substantial Rehabilitation Program guidelines.
