LAKE COUNTY — A reference copy of the draft environmental impact report for the Bottle Rock Power Steamfield Expansion is now available in Cobb and Middletown.
A copy of the document can be reviewed at Cobb Mountain Elementary School 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays. People should call the office at 987-1450 first because of limited space.
The document can also be reviewed at the Chaucey Gibson Public Library in Middletown, 1 to 6 p.m. Tuesdays to Fridays and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.

Written comments on the Draft EIR must be submitted by 5 p.m. Nov. 1 to Rick Coel, Community Development Department director, in the County Courthouse.
