LAKE COUNTY — A Lakeport City Council candidate forum will take place on Tuesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
The forum will be held in the Lakeport City Council Chambers.
Four of the seven candidates have confirmed attendance for the forum.
Because of absentee ballots being mailed the week of Oct. 4, the chamber felt it was important to provide the opportunity for voters to hear their potential council members.
The Lake County Chamber of Commerce and Lake County News are hosting. Questions for the candidates may be sent to editor@lakeconews.com or to ceo@lakecochamber.com. Questions may also be faxed to 263-5104.
Questions will be taken on Tuesday evening, on 3-by-5 inch cards prior to the forum beginning at 6 p.m. They will be reviewed for duplication with questions previously submitted.
