KELSEYVILLE ? Upper Lake High school girls varsity soccer team beat Kelseyville 4-1 on Thursday night.
Brianna Carter of Upper Lake scored twice, one of her goals was header. The other two Upper Lake goals were made by Shayla Wyman. Upper Lake Coach Mike Sheets said the team did well all around. There were about a dozen saves at the goal box.
Kelseyville”s Remedio Rico scored for Kelseyville in the first half on a penalty kick. Coach Christie Frickes said great plays were made by goalie Shana Cossey, with 21 saves. Kelseyville standouts were Alyssa Mick and Julissa Prado.
Upper Lake looks forward to continuing its winning streak Tuesday at St. Vincent.
