Let me get this straight. Nikky Diaz goes to a private employment agency to get a job.

She uses her sister”s Social Security number and a false ID to get on the list for a job.

She gets hired by Meg Whitman with a salary of $23 an hour, which comes out to more than $47,000 a year.

The Whitmans get a letter from the IRS saying that there is a discrepancy with Nikky”s Social Security number.

Mr. Whitman writes on the letter, “Nikky, take care of this.” She couldn”t take care of it because she committed a crime and if her sister knew this, she also committed a crime. She tells Meg that she is in the U.S illegally. Meg does what she was susposed to do and fires her. Next we see her on TV crying that Meg exploited her and that Meg owed her money for mileage, which is another crime because she does not have a valid drivers license. If this was not bad enough, her lawyer throws her under the bus by having her on TV admitting that she is here illegally and used a false Social Security number. I do not know what lawyers can or cannot do, but having your client admit to the world that she committed several crimes is not what lawyers should be doing. I write that with a smile. Of course, her lawyer says this is not political. It seems that this is the year of politics at its worst. We are seeing it at every level. We have too many career politicians who are doing just enough to get elected and just enough isn”t getting the job done. I will show my distaste for what is going on at the ballot box. What I want from the candidates is honesty and to debate the issues. I do not listen to unions, associations, ads or letters to the editor that do not deal with the issues.
