UPDATED:

I”ve seen an increase in stray shopping carts in Clearlake. It”s sad that the people who take them don”t bring them back.

We used to load them in our truck and take them back to the proper store, however we are getting too old to lift these hefty carts. I called Foods Etc. about two shopping carts left on our street and within hours they were picked up. Grocery Outlet in Clearlake has also assured us that they would promptly pick up their stray carts. Not so for Walmart.

I”ve called them twice in the past two weeks with no results.

This is a store that wants to expand in our community. This is not the type of response either Clearlake or Lake County need.
