LAKE COUNTY — According to preliminary election results issued by the Lake County Registrar of Voters Don Anderson was elected to District Attorney with 53.3 percent of the vote over Doug Rhoades. Anderson received 7,597 votes while Rhoades received 6,663.
Francisco “Frank” Rivero was elected to Sheriff-Coroner over incumbent Rodney Mitchell with 53.9 percent of the vote. Rivero received 8,102 votes while Mitchell received 6,919.
