I”m not sure why people such as Paris Hilton should inherit billions of dollars.
I certainly believe that wealthy parents should be able to make sure that all of their family members will be more than comfortable.
But, after healthy, more than fair exemptions, a large estate tax seems more than fair to me.
I do not suggest this as an addition to our present taxes, since our present taxes and fees take most of our earned income.
But I do think that it would be a fair replacement for many of the difficult burdensome taxes we presently face.
