I am tired of Mr. Duncan”s pessimistic, intolerant negativity. His column today, “Why should God bless America?” continues this trend.
I choose not to live in his world of half-empty. I do love my/our country.
During its lifetime I feel it has contributed mightily to making our world a better one.
While I don”t believe we all have the same visualization of the Almighty, I suspect “God” is a pretty good description. May I suggest Mr. Duncan”s wording be changed to the positive: “Why God should bless America.” I feel there is ample justification.
