According to the Center for Disease Control”s Web site, “The three main types of fluoride that are used in public water fluoridation in the United States are: sodium fluoride, which is made up of the elements sodium and fluorine, sodium fluorosilicate, which is made up of the elements hydrogen, silicon and fluorine and fluorosilicic acid. Fluorine is an element known as fluoride.”
Per Paul Watson of Prison Planet, Dec. 9, “Dr. Paul Connett, Professor of Chemistry at St. Lawrence University in New York, initially thought people who opposed fluoridation were ?a bunch of whackos,” before conducting his own research which found that sodium fluoride was a toxic substance that contributed to a wide array of health defects. ?Heavy industry is barred from dumping this toxic waste into the sea by international law, but selling it enables them to remove its hazardous characteristic and it becomes a product,” explains Connett, ?polluting not only our water supply but also toothpaste and thousands of different foods.”
“Connett cites numerous studies which prove a link between moderate exposure to fluoride and lowered I.Q. in children, and the pineal gland, a piece of brain tissue, that”s key because fluoride attracts to this gland like a magnet. Researchers found through animal studies that fluoride lowers the ability of the pineal gland to produce the hormone melatonin, which in turn shortens the time it takes to reach puberty.”
Shirley Carroll for Rense, an online news source, August 2000, tells us, “Sodium fluoride is a hazardous waste by-product from the manufacture of aluminum and one of the basic ingredients in both Prozac and military nerve gas and is a common ingredient in rat and cockroach poisons, anesthetics, hypnotics and psychiatric drugs.
“Independent scientific evidence repeatedly shows for the past 50 years that fluoride allegedly shortens our life span, promotes cancer and various mental disturbances, accelerates osteoporosis and broken hips in old folks and makes us stupid, docile and subservient, all in one package. There are reports of aluminum in the brain possibly being a causative factor in Alzheimer”s Disease, and evidence points toward fluoride”s strong affinity for aluminum and its ability to ?trick” the blood-brain barrier, allowing chemical access to brain tissue.”
In 1985, The National Treasury Employees Union Chapter 280 document, informed us. “Dr. William Marcus, senior science advisor and toxicologist in the Office of Drinking Water at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), tried to expose the carcinogenic effect of fluoridation in animals; he was fired. Dr. Marcus sued the EPA, won his case and was reinstated with back-pay, benefits and compensatory damages.”
According to the Fluoride Action Network. “When Dr. Phyllis Mullenix published a paper that demonstrated the behavioral changes in rats that drank fluoridated water, she was fired.”
The River Journal reported in August 2009 that. “When Dr. Hardy Limeback, associate professor of preventative dentistry at the University of Toronto, realized fluoridation was harmful, he was told he would lose his job if he discussed the subject publicly.” This illustrates the collusion between science, government and the media, and the degree of control over what we”re allowed to know.
According to the 190 Research Report, Fluoride Vol. 29 No. 4 190-192, Effect of a high Fluoride water supply on children”s intelligence, which correlates with Dr. Connett”s studies: “Fluoride can penetrate the fetal blood-brain barrier and accumulate in cerebral tissue before birth, thereby affecting children”s intelligence. In the present study, conducted in April 1993, this hypothesis was further investigated by comparing the performance on I.Q. tests administered to 320 randomly selected children, age 7 to 14. Those children exposed to higher water-borne fluoride in embryo, the average I.Q. was 97.69, and in the lower fluoride areas it was 105.21. In the high-fluoride areas the number of children with I.Q. of 69 or below was six times that in the healthier low-fluoride areas. No real differences were found for gender.”
Before defending this hazardous waste as a means of protecting children”s teeth, execute a brief fluoride search and you”ll find testimonies of doctors, chemists and health specialists bearing witness before Congress, the EPA and the CDC revealing the destructive effects of fluoride to humans, animals and the environment. As in the case of aspartame, our government leaders have known about the harmful effects of fluoride since the 1950s, yet they intentionally and repeatedly subject us to these and other poisonous substances.
And so I ask, why would our government want to shorten our life span, promote cancer and mental disturbances, use us as a toxic waste dump, sterilize us, make us stupid, docile and subservient? You”ll have to answer that question for yourself. Hopefully you”ll do so while you”re still able.
