Wow it sure has been cold, especially considering we are barely into winter and our coldest weather is likely ahead. Even England and Europe are being hammered with record-breaking cold temperatures.
It probably results from us being too aggressive in cutting carbon emissions and combating global warming, especially here in green California. We owe it to those adversely affected by these freezing temps, especially our farmers, to provide a quick global warming stimulus.
Let”s fuel up, start our big V8s and hit the road. Let”s promote a winter Harley rally. If you have a diesel truck or tractor, use it. Get the quads into the hills, make it an endurance run. Even the fast boats, with their lucrative carbon footprints, should be on the lake (be properly dressed, however, as the global warming will not be instant so you will have a cold wet ride).
Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines. We still have time to make this a warmer and happier holiday season.
