LOWER LAKE — Lake County Theatre Company (LCTC) presents “Dearly Beloved,” the first in a series of shows by the writing team of Jamie Wooten, Jessie Jones and Nicholas Hope, during two weekends in February.
LCTC has already performed “Christmas Bells” and “Southern Hospitality,” the second and third plays in the series. According to publicist Suna Flores, the first play is the funniest one yet
Dub Dubberly is having issues with his wife, Frankie; Frankie is communicating with her dead mother, Mama Eula, on a regular basis and Gina Jo has a wedding to plan with her twin sister Tina Jo, which, according to Flores, may set the institution of marraige back 50 years.
LCTC is currently in rehearsals and the show is sheduled for Feb. 11 to 13 and 18 to 20 in Weaver Auditorium in the Lower Lake Historic Schoolhouse Museum in Lower Lake.
