I suppose it”s too bad Governor Brown is talking about closing the RDA. It”s nice to have all of that free money coming from the state.
But the simple fact of life is the state is broken and going broke and needs to be fixed.
Gov. Brown said everybody is going to feel the pain, unless you”re a member of the prison guard”s union; they”re supposed to be getting a raise.
