I know the state controls funds.
I know the county controls funds.
I know the city controls funds.
But this morning while I was driving to work and I spilled coffee all over my lap trying to dodge all of the pot holes, all I could think is “Why did they pave the road all the way to the top of Cow Mountain?”
I don”t get it.
