LAKEPORT — The Main Street Gallery located at 325 N. Main Street in Lakeport, will host its “First Friday Fling” artists” reception from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday.
New artists in February are Terry Church, exhibiting sculpture; Stefen Rotter, showing sculpture and work in acrylic; Diana Liebe, with hand-painted wearable art; Doug Rhodes, with photography of Europe. New to the gallery is Wendy Dalton with her acrylic paintings.
Continuing in the February show are the work of 12 artists from the Kelseyville Art Club and the Konocti Art Society. They are: Jennie L-Meyers, Annette and Marilyn Higday, Judy Cardinale, Eunice Norton, Joyce Porterfield, Eileen Rasmussen, Heidi Thomson, Patty Oates, Kathy Dutra and Kennie Winter.
Adding to the show are pastel artists Terry Durnil, Bonnie Tsingali and Shelby Posada; Joe Borg and Janice Riveart displaying with oils, Noriko
Shields exhibiting work in watercolor and Carol Yanagitsu displaying work in a variety of mediums. Also in this show is the jewelry of Stephanie Bero.
The Linda Carpenter Gallery will present the creative work of students from Upper Lake High School under the tutelage of Anna Sabalone.
Viewers are invited to enjoy all that the galleries and the gift shop have to offer while savoring wines from Steele Wines and meeting the artists.
Vintage Quartet, comprised of Ann Gove, Pam Klier, Molly Schultz and Donna Vowen, will present a live performance.
