WINDSOR — Members of Punisher Wrestling of Lower Lake brought home 11 medals from a Windsor Tournament of Champions qualifier held last weekend.
Blake Fredrickson, Bryan Gudino, Joseph Hughes and Angela Egger took home first-place medals, Jonathan Fredrickson, Jadon Lindsey and Angelo Pelcastre received second-place medals, and Austin Fredrickson and Matthew Stout brought home third-place medals.
Also for the Punishers, Isaih Rubio and Emely Ramos came in fourth and Gabriel Freeman finished fifth. Christian Lindsey and Haley Kesterson also wrestled.
Blake Fredrickson won 11-2 in his championship match, while Lindsey dropped an 8-7 thriller in his final. Egger”s first came in an all-girls division.
Nearly 500 wrestlers attended, from kindergarten- to middle school-aged kids, participated.
