I believe that what we know as bigotry is and has been used by the our real oppressors, those whose actions truly cause frustrations and discontent of the working class as one of their tools to stay in control and power.
By allowing the oppressed a target, to take out their frustrations and anger, it brings that group a element of relief about their own lifestyles and place in everyday society.
If those in power truly wanted to close our boarders they would be closed. But this would cost those in power great wealth.
If they allow hate and demeaning feelings and actions against the minority classes and cultures by the masses, this does not cost those in power very little, yet, gives relief to the frustrations and hate of many of those in our population.
Through our history, Jews, African-Americans, Irish, Italians and now the Mexican culture have been targeted and used for this purpose.
It”s easy to understand. Just list how the new immigrants cause any pain to the business industry or the owners or investors of those business and wealthy.
Zero hurt to the powers of any nation.
Pointing the finger down the ladder keeps the masses from looking up or blaming those up at the top of the ladder.
As our information media highway is more and more in control of our news we must rely on our own research to find the truth in our future.
Otherwise we will be guided by lies, factless information, fed to us by those who have their own hidden agendas that benefit only the few in this nation.
Bigotry is not something we are born with, it is learned by children from the adults.
They listen to the daily comments of the blame game, for all the problems those adults blame on others.
