He has failed those who voted for him to be the great President they had hoped he would be. He is a bench warmer on the team of Washington, Jefferson, Gandhi, Lincoln, FDR, Truman and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. This is a time when the working class and middle class need a champion to step up to the plate to defend their rights and welfare.
He has not done that whatsoever. Being a good President is better then being a bad one, but, while I do believe he will be re-elected in 2012, he will do so without this citizen”s vote.
The short-term future path our nation seems to be on is not one that I as a voter wish to give any support in taking. I will continue to hope that a great leader will come one day to again put our nation on a path to its possible greatness.
