CLEARLAKE — The sentencing of James Nightingale, 31, of Kelseyville was continued Tuesday to allow for re-filing of a pre-sentencing report by the probation Department.
Nightingale sentencing is scheduled at 1:15 p.m. on April 1 in Lake County Superior Court, Department 4 in Clearlake.
