It is difficult to write this type of letter but it is just a thought of a way that I hope we may survive the insanity that is around of what we are doing around the world to keep order, or is it? My family and I were all military-type people but soon all the goodness that we have done has been wasted, not only by those we help, but those in this country who have never served for one minute and watch the news and all of the sudden they are the experts of advocacy.
Since I think that they are all insane to the fix a thing, I will propose this.
I am an American of Hispanic decent and born in this country, as my forefathers were more than three generations ago.
This is my proposal. Since we are having problems with the Mexicans killing each other and even poor innocent Americans from our border towns; and since we do not need another war with anyone, let the military hire all the cartel soldiers and train them so they can make some money. Arm them and without any promises send them to the Middle East, to countries that hate us.
They can take over, capture the people with a new type of ruthlessness that would make those folks appreciate Christianity and take their oil from them without losing the lives American soldiers.
In the end it might work, but I am sure that no politician would agree with me.
As far as I am concerned, those who hate us can keep hating us. Therefore, aid and any future problems they have can be taken care of by the Europeans, for they are the ones that will really pay the price in the end.
