Last Saturday night”s Stars of Lake County award event had the “wow” factor.
From the dramatic tablescapes with floating candles and mirror-backed tea lights and the gold star balloons at each nominee”s seat, to the awards presented by Mike Thompson and the recognition and acknowledgement of all the veterans in the room, plus top notch food.
Everything was well done. It was one of the best events we have attended in the county. It was truly impressive to hear of the work the awardees had contributed to making Lake County such a wonderful place to live.
The ceremony was a wonderful and fitting way to recognize those who have contributed so much to Lake County.
Congratulations to the Lake County Chamber of Commerce for organizing the event and to Melissa Fulton and her staff for bringing “wow” to a Lake County event.
