Oh my goodness! Who knew that our area had such magnificently talented pianists. Saturday night was an outrageously wonderful treat for those of us who braved the weather and attended the concert they played for us.
Part way through David Neft commented that this was the quality of San Francisco stages. He is so very right. The exception is that in San Francisco they would all be wearing Tuxes and we the audience would be all decked out. Those guys in their jeans and Elizabeth in her lovely gown made us feel at home and able to just absorb those brilliant artists.
I can hardly wait for the next concert and hope it is not a year as someone from the stage said.
