LAKEPORT–The sixth annual Home and Garden Expo will be held Saturday and Sunday at the Lake County Fairgrounds. The expo will feature more than 20 exhibitor booths, a classic car show and a drawing to win a patio furniture set.
The event opens Saturday at 9 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. On Sunday it will open at 10 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. The classic car show will be featured all day today featuring cars from the No Name Car Club. Attendees will get to vote on their favorite car as well as their favorite booth which will put them in the drawing for the patio set. On Sunday, Airport Auto will feature cars for sale.
Food from Lakeport”s Taqueria La Mexicana and Smokin” S BBQ Company of Kelseyville as well as coffee drinks from Lakeport”s Harbor House Espresso Bar will be available outside of Lewis Hall.
Ukiah”s 94.5 FM K-Wine will be broadcasting live from the event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. both days.
The event is sponsored by the Record-Bee and was organized by Advertising Director Christine Hammers. Admission and parking are free.
