CLEARLAKE — Dustin Wilson, 34, of Clearlake was arrested Tuesday on a no-bail, extraditable warrant out of Clayton County, Georgia. He was taken into custody by Clearlake Police officers without incident.
According to Sgt. T. Celli, the department received a request from Clayton County Sheriff”s Department for service of the felony, no-bail warrant on Wilson. He said on Tuesday officers were at South County Superior Court for other business when they saw Wilson, who was also attending to other court business. Celli said the officers were aware of the warrant and request for service and informed the bailiff at the court. He said the bailiff then requested the officers take action. The officers contacted Wilson and he was taken into custody without incident.
Celli said the Clayton County warrant was for some type of armed and dangerous offense.
