COBB — On Friday afternoon at approximately 3:30 p.m. near mile maker 18.89 on Highway 175 on Cobb Mountain there was a head-on collision involving a Ford Focus and a Toyota Tercel. The Driver of the Toyota crossed over into oncoming traffic where it collided with the Ford Focus. The man driving the Ford was taken to St. Helena Hospital, Clearlake for back pain and the woman driving the Toyota was flown by REACH to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with injuries to her head and knees. California Highway Patrol and CAL FIRE responded.
