UPDATED:

I have written several letters to you great people of Lake County and really appreciate the kind remarks I have received in person and by phone.

People are letting me know they appreciate me and they are praying for me. You will never know how much I appreciate that and need your prayers more then ever now!

I guess God has chosen to let me experience what many of you fine people face and that is trying to figure out how I can provide income for my family with no income.

Yes, I guess partly my choice, but sometimes people put on more on you than you can take at times. I took a stand on several positions in my letters. I failed to realize that some places feel if you are one of the lucky ones to have a job these days you lose your freedom of speech.

I was told by my supervisor that my letters were being reviewed by human resources to see if I crossed the line. I”ve since had my office, which doesn”t lock, gone through both my personal items and those of others gone through for whatever reason.

My phone messages listened to and deleted with no messages of any calls, some of which were very important. I was told later by several people who left them for me. I guess the biggest hurt, or maybe blessing, is when I received a call at home from someone telling me a lady in my office wrote a letter saying she was afraid to work with me. Why? I have worked with a lot of women who have no fear of me. I have met with several of you fine people in your homes alone with no fear. I don”t know, maybe she has been coached or maybe since I didn”t cuss and go out on company grounds to smoke that made me a threat. Maybe she wants my job. I really don”t know the reason. I take my job of trying to help others very seriously.

I have a passion for the poor and needy. I don”t make it a practice of talking behind my coworkers” backs like she has. Why do people like this seem to come out ahead in life? Are they truly that miserable they want other people to be that way too? My wife told me not to worry. God is in control and will take care of it and I know that”s true but I had a deep passion for what I do. It wasn”t just a job to me. Please continue to remember me in your prayers and if anyone of you needs resources because you”re without insurance, no food or whatever may be happening, please feel free to contact me at paul.hysell@att.net And the best part of it is I will help free with just a prayer and a smile. That would be payment enough. God bless you friends.
