LAKEPORT– The preliminary hearing of a Clearlake Oaks man accused of killing his brother was continued in Lake County Superior Court Department 3 Thursday.
Alberto Alejandro Montes, 26, is charged with murder for allegedly shooting to death his brother, Rafael Montes, at an Elem Indian colony home in October 2009.
Montes will next appear in court on May 9 at 8:15 a.m. in Department 3 to reset his preliminary hearing.
