ST. HELENA ? Kelseyville High School tennis team ended its season in third place with four wins and four losses.

Kelseyville played St. Helena at St. Helena with an overall score of St. Helena 3, Kelseyville 2.

Kelseyville”s Moses Kuzu defeated St. Helena”s Teddy Ulin in No. 1 singles, 6-0, 6-4.

No. 2 singles belonged to St. Helena with Nils Mostin of Kelseyville defeated by K. Jimenez, 6-4, 6-3.

Kelseyville”s Daniel Lucas was defeated in third singles by A. Fetzer, 6-3, 6-0.

No. 1 doubles, played by Max Lehman and Kyle Schmidt of Kelseyville, against C. Flood and S. Gamble was a Kelseyville win with, 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 (10-8).

No. 2 doubles, Ashley Taylor and Ryan Schmidt of Kelseyville were defeated by C. Hoss and K. Contit of St. Helena, 7-6, (7-5), 3-6 and in lieu of a third set a 10 point tie-break was played that St. Helena won 10-5.

St. Helena ended the season in first place, Middletown took second, Kelseyville third, Clear Lake fourth and Cloverdale fifth in the Central League. All leagues will meet Monday at Mendocino College in Ukiah for the Coastal Mountain Conference Championships.
