LAKE COUNTY — California”s Employment Development Department (EDD) and Lake One-Stop, Inc. are co-sponsoring a job fair on May 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 55 First St. in Lakeport.
Lake One-Stop, Inc. and EDD will host the job fair outside on the east lawn overlooking Library Park.
All job seekers are encouraged to not only attend, but to come dressed professionally and be ready to interview.
Job seekers also need to have multiple resumes to hand out to the employers in attendance.
Job seekers are welcome to come inside for help with editing and copying resumes. There are many services available through Lake One-Stop for both job seekers and employers. One such service for employers is the pre-screening of applicants for required skills.
Some of the positions current employers will be recruiting for include sales representatives, customer service representatives, bank tellers, education specialists, physical therapists, in-home caregivers, CNAs, RNs, LVNs and more.
