LAKE COUNTY ? The Lake County Sheriff”s Office is seeking public assistance in identifying those responsible for recent acts of vandalism discovered in the Hidden Valley Lake and Lower Lake areas.
On Thursday the Sheriff”s office received reports of graffiti spray painted on the pavement near the intersection of Highway 29 and Spruce Grove Road, north of Hidden Valley Lake and on a barn at Highway 29 and Hoffacker Road in Lower Lake.
The graffiti found at both locations depicted a Nazi Swastika with the letters, “c o p s” painted at each corner.
The Sheriff”s Office is conducting further investigation into the acts. Anyone with information on the identity of those responsible for the vandalism is encouraged to call the Lake County Sheriff”s Office at 263-2690.
