UKIAH — Graduating seniors from throughout the North Central League I baseball ranks will take a curtain call today at Mendocino College, site of the third annual North-South All-Star Game. First pitch is 5 p.m.

The series is tied 1-1 following the South”s dominating 11-3 victory a year ago at Cloverdale”s City Park, which hosted each of the first two All-Star contests. The North All-Stars won 10-9 in the inaugural game in 2009.

Lake County players listed on the South roster are Upper Lake”s Billy Armstrong and Clear Lake”s Brandon Disney, Tanner Mansell and Tyler Beets. Players listed on the North roster are Kelseyville”s Mike Davis, Chris Aguon, Blake Sedrick and Nick Rodrigues, Lower Lake”s Kyle Buckingham, Josh Benfante, Kevin O”Quinn, Shaun Bigelow and Dylan Ramsey, and Middletown”s Eric Schenck, Connor Chick, Bryan Holt, Andres Fernandez, Saul Preciado and Jon Tanguay.

The North manager is Kelseyville”s Lou Poloni. He”ll be assisted by coaches Joe Mattos (Lower Lake) and Mark Mercer (Willits). The South manager is St. Vincent”s Steve Rohrs. He”ll be assisted by Clear Lake”s Paul Larrea and Gary Milhaupt.

While admission to the game is free, donations will help the All-Star series continue into the future.
