LAKEPORT — Awards for the “Lake County Landscape” juried show were presented during the First Friday Fling on June 3 at the Main Street Gallery. An enthusiastic crowd of art lovers congratulated Jack Ballance, the winner of the Judge”s Award for his oil painting “Quiet Sunday on the Lake” and Carmen Patterson, winner of the People”s Choice award for her oil “Along the Back Roads.”
These paintings will be on exhibit during the rest of June in the Main Street Gallery.
The summer series of juried shows continues with the juried selection of abstract art, which will be judged by nationally recognized artist Tom Zephyrs and exhibited during July. Entry information is available at the Main Street Gallery in Lakeport.
