KELSEYVILLE — A woman died as a result of an apparent tragic accident on Thursday just after 3 p.m.
Marge Brink, 65, of Kelseyville was helping direct her friend David B. Robbins, who was driving a 1986 Ford F-150, into his driveway when he lost sight of her and backed into her, pinning her against a portion of the garage.
Robbins called 9-1-1 and attempted to provide Brink with aid. Brink was pronounced dead at the scene, according to California Highway Patrol (CHP).
CHP reported that foul play is not suspected in the incident and no mechanical problems were found.
CHP Officer Greg Buchholz is investigating the incident.
