CLEARLAKE — Six people received gunshot wounds late Saturday night in a shooting incident that occurred on the 14000 block of Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake.

A 4-year-old boy was killed in the shooting while the five additional victims were transported to out-of-county medical facilities where, according to the Clearlake Police Department, they are being treated for their injuries.

According to the Clearlake Police Department (CPD two men have been identified as persons of interest in relation to the case. Kevin Stone, 29, of Clearlake is described as a white man, 6-feet 1-inch tall weighing approximately 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

The second person of interest is identified as Orlando Lopez, 23, of Clearlake. He is described as a Indian American man, 5-feet 6-inches tall weighing approximately 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Additional victims were identified as Desiree Kirby, 22; Andrew Sparks, 23; Ross Sparks, 23; Ian Griffith, 19; and a 15-year-old juvenile.

Police units responded at approximately 10:50 p.m. Saturday and immediately requested medical response. Upon arrival of Lake County Fire Protection District (LCFPD), all available ground and air ambulances in the area were also requested. REACH 1, REACH 7 and CALSTAR 4 responded.

Landing zones were established at Austin Park, Ray”s Food Place and St. Helena Hospital Clearlake. Personnel from CALFIRE, LCFPD and Lake County Sheriff”s Office (LCSO) assisted in securing landing zones.

According to the CPD, search warrants were obtained and served on several locations resulting in the seizure of items of evidence.

The CPD is actively searching for Stone and Lopez or any information regarding their possible whereabouts. Anyone with information regarding either subject is urged to contact the CPD at 994-8251. Callers may remain anonymous.
