BUCKINGHAM — The KXBX Radio Flyers have a 20-point lead over Chem Dry for the top spot in the Summer Twilight League standings at Buckingham Golf and Country Club.

Through eight weeks of play, KXBX leads the way with 140 points. Chem Dry is next with 120, Milgard Glass Jacks are third with 105, the Kelseyville Lumberjacks are fourth with 95 and the Golden Boys round out the top five with 80. The next five teams are Green Team with 70, Four Skins with 65, Brush & Hammer with 50, and Steele Heads and Bour Painting tied at 45.

Closest-to-the-hole winners were Chip Bowlin at No. 11 and No. 15 and Kirk Andrus at No. 14.

Low rounds of the week went to Jack Winter and Duffy Sheridan of Steele Heads with 34; Jerry Pendleton and Matt Mattina of Bour Painting with 34; Brian Figg and Fred Figg of Golden Boys with 34; Howard Hagen and Chip Bowlin of KXBX with 34; Carl Knipping and Javier Castaneda of Chem Dry with 35; and Alan Mathews and Norm Rentsch of KXBX with 35.
