LAKEPORT — Konocti Youth Soccer League has teamed up with Challenger Sports to host a British Soccer Camp beginning Monday and running through Friday at Westside Community Park in Lakeport.
Each child will be coached by a member of Challenger”s team of 1,000 British soccer coaches flown to the USA exclusively to work on these programs.
The British Soccer Camp is more than a week of drills and skills. In addition to taking part in a daily regimen of foot skills, technical, tactical practices and daily tournament play, Challenger educates players in lessons on respect, responsibility, integrity, leadership and sportsmanship.
Konocti Youth Soccer League is offering British Soccer Camp sessions for the following ages:
Ages 3-4, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., cost $71.
Ages 4-5, 10 a.m. to noon, cost $96.
Ages 6-14, 9 a.m. to noon, cost $101.
Ages 8-14, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., cost $138
