LAKE COUNTY — In light of new evidence, a man who was previously released from custody, Orlando Lopez, was arrested on Tuesday morning in association with the shooting that resulted in the death of a 4-year-old Clearlake boy. Lopez is being held without bail at the Hill Road Correctional Facility, according to District Attorney Don Anderson.
