LAKEPORT — Andrew J. Serrano, 38, was arrested in Kelseyville at about 8:30 p.m. on Saturday after he rammed his Chevrolet pickup into the side of Lesa Serrano”s Chevrolet Tahoe while on Main Street in Lakeport.
Officers were contacted by Lesa Serrano and two passengers, Katrina and Kayla Hickey, who reported Andrew had rammed into their vehicle, causing major damage and injuring Katrina and Kayla, before fleeing the scene.
During the course of the investigation Lakeport Police Department (LPD) officers learned that Lesa Serrano had a domestic violence restraining order protecting her from Andrew Serrano. Kayla and Katrina Hickey had civil harassment restraining orders protecting them from Andrew Serrano.
Officers learned that just moments before Andrew rammed Lesa”s vehicle, he had circled the restaurant she was eating at three separate times.
Andrew was taken into custody at his residence in Kelseyville and charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, felony hit-and-run, violation of a domestic violence restraining order and violation of a civil harassment restraining order.
He was booked at the Lake County Hill Road Correctional Facility where his bail was set at $250,000.
