LAKEPORT — Students planning to compete in athletics during the 2011-12 school year at Clear Lake High School can get their required physicals on Thursday or on Aug. 4 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the high school gym.
The cost of the physical is $20. Athletic packets will be available at that time and must be filled out before you can practice with your respective team.
