LAKE COUNTY — Lake County Tribal Health is holding a public meeting to release the community needs assessment document for public comment on Monday from 1 to 4 p.m. at Lake County Tribal Health Conference Room B.
The needs assessment was conducted from February to May and covers information and issues concerning the Indian communities of Lake County.
This document was created as part of the start-up for the Partnership with Parents: All People Coming Together Program in the LCTH Human Services Department. The needs assessment document can be viewed at www.lcth.org. For more information call 263-8382 ext. 137.
