Something that I was not going to do was to answer Tim Snider”s latest letter to the editor in which he stated that the Bible was written by man and not God-inspired.
At first I thought it didn”t deserve a rebuttal, but let”s say he is right. Then you would have to give those men-of-old credit for a brilliance that supersedes modern man”s thinking.
As one reads the Bible it”s very apparent that they had outside help in the form of God”s Holy Spirit. According to Romans 12:18, I quote, “If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” Tim, I am offering you the olive branch of peace, but meanwhile keep your life preserver handy.
